Dating back to 15th century France, the name comes from Char(flesh) and Cuite(cooked), reflecting the strict laws preventing the sale of raw and cooked meats together. Alas, charcuterie was born.
Fast forward to 2020, a tumultuous year for humankind, when Hannah found comfort in this historically rooted tradition.
